Registration Procedure

All participants are requested to fill out the registration form (Word-file or PDF-file) and send it by fax (+32/16324932) or e-mail it as an attachment to the Organizing Committee (slavistics@arts.kuleuven.ac.be) before June 30, 2004. The participation c.q. conference dinner fee are payable in advance and should be received by us on July 15 at the latest. Payment (in euros) can be made by bank transfer to the following account:             

In case of problems with transfering the money to our bank account, please contact the Organizing Committee (slavistics@arts.kuleuven.ac.be).
Late registration (between July 1st and August 15)  requires an additional fee of 25 EUR.

Arrival

Upon arrival, all participants are kindly requested to complete registration formalities:
- on Thursday, September 16 the registration desk is located in the main hall of the Faculty of Arts  building (Erasmushuis), Blijde Inkomststraat 21, 3000 Leuven (from 3 pm until 8 pm)
- on Friday, September 17 the registration desk is located in the main hall of the Mgr. Sencie Institute (just across the Erasmushuis), from 8 am until 12 am.
